Farrow & Ball has developed 'Estate® Eggshell', a unique high performance paint finish which offers an environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional oil-based eggshell paints.
Estate® Eggshell is a revolutionary product. Using a highly innovative formulation, it retains the flow, appearance and performance of traditional oil-based eggshell paint, yet it has minimum impact on the environment, with an amazingly low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) content of just .7 ounces per gallon.
Extremely durable and ideal for use on all interior woodwork and metal including radiators, Estate® Eggshell is an excellent, low-sheen complement to Farrow & Ball Estate® Emulsion and Modern Emulsion, giving the unmistakeably elegant Farrow & Ball look.
The product is a pleasure to use as it is easily applied, quick-drying, and has virtually no odor. It offers excellent opacity and is hardwearing and washable.
Available in all Farrow & Ball colors and in tin sizes of 750ml, 2.5l & 1 US Gallon, Estate® Eggshell offers coverage up to 480 sq. ft. per gallon. To prepare the surface, use new Farrow & Ball Interior Wood Primer & Undercoat, specially formulated to work with Estate® Eggshell to best effect.
