Our third image shows all apothecary drawers pulled open, and you can now see that the two outer drawers are just that, and not four drawers.

You can see the right end panel in our fourth image. The center rail has been designed to match up with the horizontal lines on the front.

Our fifth image shows the other side, and it's raised end panel. The reason the panel doesn't go all the way up is that shorter wall cabinet will intersect this cabinet on that side.
