4 photos: Combining different wood species and different finishes within the same cabinet is a brilliant way to create a distinctive personal look. You can be as bold or as subtle as you care to be. This handsome mix blends Cherry doors and drawer fronts (with Fiddletone stain) set within Maple front frames finished in two different colors of Milk Paint, and then burnished.

We open up the top drawer in image number two.

Our third image shows the middle drawer fully extended.

The bottom drawer is (you guessed it!) opened all the way in our fourth image.
